The Internet was started in 1962' by a group of visionaries at MIT who found great need in allowing computers to share data across huge distances. It wasn't until 1965 when these same MIT visionaries put their theory and testing into production with the U.S. Military. The Internet was shaped into what it is today over the next few decades.
