You can add songs to your ipod by using itunes. Download itunes to your computer. Itunes will search your computer for any music or videos. CD's and DVD's can be downloaded and added to your itunes library. Also, music and other media may be purchased through the itunes store. Once you connect your ipod to your computer it will automatically "sync" your music and files between the two devices.
