How to play cee lo?

Cee Lo is a Chinese game played with 3 dice, that are 6 sided. This is a gambling game, and has "winning" combination's, each person rolls 3 times and the best combination to get is either the 4-5-6 or 3 of the same number. Whoever gets that automatically wins. A 1-2-3 roll is an automatic loss.
