As far as I know, you can delete songs on your Ipod by connecting it to your computer. Access your Ipod through your computer (via iTunes) and then select the songs you want to delete. Delete by pressing the delete key on your keyboard.

If you want to delete one song at a time, go to iTunes and click iPod view, select a song, and hit delete. Or you can go to iTunes and sync the iPod and the songs will be deleted automatically.
