How do i disable a pop up blocker?

I am assuming we are talking about the pop-up blocker that comes with your browser since no particular software is mentioned. At the top of most browsers you will see the word tools. Click on that and somewhere in that menu or under internet options will be your settings for the pop-up blocker. Just select turn off pop-up blocker and restart the browser.

To disable pop up blocker go into your Control Panel>Internet Settings>Network and Security located on the right. It will bring up a page and there will be a firewall section.
